The record

Documented events, with the limits of the available evidence left intact.
The public schedule opened with closed-press Executive Time at the White House.
Limited detailTrump said the United States would stop approximately $4 billion in annual military aid to Israel at the end of 2026. The current agreement and congressional role leave implementation uncertain.
Source conflictIn a complete podcast interview, Trump discussed manufacturing investment, health care and Washington crime. The available record supports claim-level assessment of several statements.
Verified eventThe public schedule listed policy meetings, an ambassador meeting and Signing Time without public details of the closed discussions or signed documents.
Limited detailThe schedule listed an East Room election-night viewing reception under closed press. Trump also spoke by telephone with CBS News as returns came in.
Limited detailIndexed the complete Trump-participation Bongino interview. Roll Call marks the CBS and Financial Times calls No Transcript; a complete Fox & Friends or late-night Fox interview transcript was not located in this review. Staff-only briefings are excluded.
Source conflictFact-check desk
Trump described roughly $4 billion in annual aid on Fox & Friends. The current U.S.–Israel memorandum provides $3.8 billion per year in military financing and joint missile-defense funding through fiscal 2028, subject to Congress. His rounded present-tense amount is supported; this does not establish that aid has already stopped.
Trump announced a future cutoff, but the existing ten-year memorandum runs through fiscal 2028 and Congress controls appropriations. AP reported no confirmed implementation plan or Israeli government confirmation by Tuesday evening. The outcome cannot yet be verified.
In the Bongino interview, Trump described $22 trillion of investment as an accomplished fact. FactCheck.org found the administration's own published tally far lower and largely composed of speculative announcements, not completed investment. Commerce foreign-direct-investment data also do not support this scale.
Trump made both claims in the Bongino interview. Metropolitan Police preliminary data as of November 3 recorded 18,561 crimes, including 86 homicides, in 2026; total crime was down 11% year over year. Neither zero crime nor an 84% overall decline is supported.
Transcript audit
These full-text records were checked for testable factual claims. A verdict appears above only when corroborating evidence supports one.
Bottom line
Four Trump claims are assessed: one Supported, two False and one Unresolved. The current aid amount is approximately right, while the announced cutoff remains contingent. His investment and Washington crime figures conflict with published records. One complete Trump-participation transcript was accessible; other same-day interviews lack released full text.
